Gutter Magic- Stuart White Horrible service, horrible quality work, had to get someone else to repair his work panama city beach Florida

Initially Stuart was Johnny on the spot- he showed up when he said he would and was competitive with his bid.  Due to the fast response and competitive quote, I decided to use him.  BIGGEST mistake ever!  Initially the work looked ok, not great, not horrible.  That was until the first heavy rain.  My gutters were flooding everywhere.  It would have been better to not have them at all as they were creating a huge mess.  He did not install enough down spouts, there were several areas which were not leveled and sloped correctly, all of which led to major problems with the storm water flowing off of my new, metal roof.

So, I contacted him to discuss the problem, which is where it gets even better.  From the initial contact, he insisted that the problem was my fault and that I should have known more down-spouts were needed.  When I gave him the original quote, and pointed out that it did not list the number of down spouts he was providing, but only stipluated that it was for the entire house, he then flipped his lid.  Insisting that it was my fault and that I would have to pay him more to get the problem fixed. At this point he became very unprofessional and verbally abrasive, so I stopped communicating with him.

I finally had to get another company to come and repair the problem.  The general manager of that company indicated that he has performed more than his share of repairs due to poor quality and craftmanship of this man's work.  Further that he hears very similar stories regarding Gutter Magic regularly.

Buyer beware!  He responds fast. He shows up when he says he will.  But his quality is poor and he does not stand behind his work.
