I contacted Gwendolyn Brown about purchasing two female Chihuahuas for breeding, each were $400. - she required a $400 down payment which I sent her.   She quoted a shipping cost which I agreed with, then doubled the shipping cost which I did not agree with.  She refused to send one dog to me, I had already paid in full for, the agreed-upon shipping price.  She then promised to send the payment back.  She failed to send it back, kept making promises, refused to send one dog to me I had paid for, and sold both dogs to someone else.  Then she claimed my payment in full for one of the dogs was a "non refundable deposit".  Non-refundable deposits hold a dog you are purchasing.  It does not mean get money from someone then sell the dog to someone else and refuse to refund the money.  This is dishonest.  Please beware of any dealings with Gwendolyn Brown.
