Gwinnett Place Honda TIRES RIPOFF !!! IF PROBLEM ARISE , THE SEND YOU TO TALK TO MANUFACTURER !? duluth, Georgia

I change my tires at this dealership. All the car services are done here. So , tires were needed and I make them changed. Not even a month passed and I noticed a bubble in one of the tires . All the great costumer services disappear when I  came with the complaint. The best bully type kind of service arise . I was not able to check them that day , and I come back the following day. I told Chuck ( the servive person) the all the tires have some kind of irregularities on the sidewall, but he denied it. Nothing they can do about it. They removed the tire and the veredict : maybe I hit a pothole or a curve. What about the other tires ? more potholes ? If is a problem with the tires , I should call the manufacturer, that was his answer . What a great deal I got . They just pass the ball . Never change tires an a Dealer. Never trust the service people (at least) at this dealership. They are back up by Honda in this kind of ripoff , they took the complain and they send me to call the tire manufacturer. I had always change tires and specialized stores , they are responsables on what they sell. Never again I get this kind of service at a dealership.  BS. They have the best B.S ( and I'm not talking of a Bachellor Degree). And now ? I have to deal with the manufacturer .
