H20 Wireless Does not provide the full service for what you are paying for. Internet

H20 Wireless is a company that provides wireless products and services. At first it might seam a good service, the prices are reasonably cheap and the service is not bad. It is a prepaid services, where you pay at the beginning of the month and you get Talk and Text. 

I have been using H20 Wireless for months. I was using this service because they were cheap and I could use their chip on my Iphone and get limited Internet too. All that time I knew that their customer service is horrible, they never answer their phones, if you call you only get to talk to the automated machines, if you email them it might take months for them to answer to your email but only if you are lucky, if not you will never hear from them. 

This month, when I was waiting for very important business call, which I did not receive, because in the evening I just found out that my service was disconnected, I checked my bank statement and realize that I still have more than a week until the end of the pay period, however, I was supposed to pay again because I was waiting for an important call.

The issue here is that I am not sure if same thing happened to my service every month and I paid the money without checking that they are cheating and disconnecting my service earlier. I have tried to solve this issue by contacting them like normal businesses or companies, however, it seems they can not afford to hire some customer service representatives to answer their customers concerned. I will cancel my service right after my pay period for this month is due, and warn every body not to use this service.
