Habib Salo Young Nails Rental Property Contaminated with Toxic Mold Marina del Rey California

Will be brief. Leased this "lovely Marina del Rey Condo" from Tad of Sotheby's properties on behalf of Habib Salo. Everything seemed great, even wonderful. Tad was easy to work with and accommodating. Met Habib, owner, who was exceptionally nice. Sounds like a great scenario. 

Very first night in condo got sick-hives or some kind if rash. My dog was scratching like crazy. The Ver had no answera, beyond fleas, worms,etc. Treated for worst case scenario-everything.  Professional cleaning of condo. But it only got worse and rapidly. 

after researching the property, found past tenants had Toxic levels of Mold. Tried to speak with owner, Habib Salo and was shut out from "mr wonderful" to receive some wacked out "attorney" (highly questionable) emailing a "cease and disist" to my brand new Landlord. 

had ad the place tested, Professionally and of course it was toxic beyond any possible living conditions could allow. habib is jerk!  Wasted months of time relocating, medical & Vet bills, lost all my furniture, clothes, etc. Being treated for mold related illnesses-multiple!  Hopefully, I will see this bozo in court.
