Haggens store manager a big time discriminator against people with disabilities,with assistance animals, and is racist Tualatin Oregon

I am a disabled woman, who needs an asssistance animal due to arthritis in my knees that make it impossible for me to reach anything down low. The store manager can running up to me and my husband who happens to be black and was saying "yo yo yo" which I for one think is totally inappropriate. He then demanded I remove my dog from the store. I then informed him that my dog is an assistance animal, and he again told me to get my dog out of the store. I told him I have my right protected under the ada,.

He then demanded to know what my disability is, which is not only against federal law, but is totally humiliating to me. I then informed him that it is against the law for him to ask me that, to which he replied " I can ask you all I want, but you just don't have to answer. I then showed him the certification letter from my doctor, to which he the replied, "whatever, we'll see about this".

I then contacted the corporate office, and they told me that "whatever I needed to make this better they would do, after which I called back to try and get a letter of appology and require that manager to take ada classes. At which time they then told me that they had nothing left to say to me.

I have serious PTSD, anxiety and other mental disabilities in addition to my arthritis, and have spent over 2 years paying for 2x's weekly therapy just to be able to go into a store, and in one quick, totally uncalled for action, haggens has undone that therapy.

It has cost me thousands, which is now wasted, as I have not been able to go back into any grocery store since that time. And what has happen to haggens, nothing. They get to stomp all over people because they have money, but the average person gets it in the rear from them.
