This company put up a fence for us in mid July. During the August storm, the front of our fence blew over. There was no concrete in the holes for the fence posts. The holes were also dug 9 inches in the ground for 8 foot posts. I have the pictures to prove this!
We emailed them about 15 times and got 3-4 responses back. Two seperate times, they told us they would be out to fix it. They never showed up, never called or emailed us to let us know. We only got an email telling us they were backed up AFTER we sent one asking where they were. When we called and left a message, they never got back to us. My father and I, after 2 months of waiting and given the run around, finally fixed it ouselves, out of pocket. You can find this company, Hammertime, on facebook.
