It has nothing to do with envy. Did it ever occur to you that honest, qualified graphologists stand to lose their credibility because of arrogant charlatans like you ? You give the whole science a bad name. The REAL experts have to prove themselves to be disassociated from the scam artists. Even the best can be tarnished by your reputation. Nobody envies you, buddy.  Resent, yes.  Envy, no way!

After doing an internet search for Curt Baggett I found he is claiming to be a member of a professional association.  I also did a search for the "Professional Association" Curtis Baggett alleged to be a member of and found NOTHING! 

Other of Baggett's associates allege they are President, Vice President, Founder, Co-Founder, Chairperson and/or Co-Chairperson of various organizations and it appears various individuals associated with Curt and/or Bart Baggett might be attempting to make it appear that they are associated with and/or a member(s) of phony Accreditied Certification Board(s).

Then, the person from Denver posted remarks about, "paying dues and joining  a Club".

In the last ripoff report it was made clear what an Accredited Certification Board is for, and that is to protect the public from unprofessional, unethical and/or illegal trade practices..... This explains why "Team Baggett" and/or any of their Faculty and/or former students' (members of Club Baggett) education and/or court experience is not accepted by any professional organization.  It seems more likely than not that Team Baggett is in the process of creating their own certification board. One that is founded by Them... Their own "Club".. First it seemed Bart and Curt Baggett are a Father/Son team, now it seems other(s) are joining them, (Club Baggett?) There is ONE Exception,  People who don't know why team Baggett does not have the qualifications to be Board Certified, have started to understand.... AND, what about having licensing, paying taxes and having a Code of Ethics to abide by?

"Team" Baggett and/or "Club" Baggett is not going to like the latest Ripoff Report update (above), (the one that EXPOSES them). Team Baggett obvioulsy doesent want anyone to know the truth about the high standards of Ethics- Real, Honest, Board Certified, Questioned Document Examiner(s) who are associated with Accredited Certification Boards live and work by.  Now those guidelines are on Ripoff Report so that anyone can compare a Board Certified Document Examiner/Handwriting Expert to Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew, and their former students, now described by one of their own former students from Denver as ,"Club Baggett", who has NO Code of Ethics. Curtis Baggett has been known to say "You always find for your client, NO MATTER WHAT",  he instructs his students it is possible to evade paying taxes by using their homes(s) and/or office(s) if they are ever named as a Faculty Member to one of "Team Baggett's" school(s)/university. Their home computors can be used to teach students of "Team Baggett's" school(s)/university(s) online, sometimes making their home(s) and/or office(s) tax exempt as a home school. Sometimes it seems when "Team Baggett" is done using their client(s) and/or if their students do not do as they are told, they are of no further use to "Team Baggett" and it is as if they are flushed away, Discarded as waste, "Team Baggett" has also been known to file baseless lawsuits including RICO complaints on people who once trusted and believed in "Team Baggett". It seems that is the way "Team Baggett" gets their revenge on individuals who do not do as they are told.

Now that we're proving "Team Baggett", lied about their association to Ray Waker, QDE., and that they lied about their qualifications to be Questioned Document Examiner(s) and/or to be Questioned Document instructor(s), maybe they will finally do what is best for everyone and that is to STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! STOP submitting phony CV's to the Courts!! and Stop lying about serving as apprentice(s) under Dr. Raymond "Ray" Walker, QDE!!!

I wish I had known the following before I wasted my money!

Graduates of Team Baggett and any of their school(s)/university(s) do not offer training to ther students so that they can pass any Document Association testing.

From past experience, these are things anyone who needs to hire a Questioned Document Examiner, Forensic Document Examiner and/or Handwriting Expert should look for.  Then make sure that the association is for real.  Telephone numbers and other contact numbers are on the internet.  If you hire one who is not associated with a Document Association it more likely than not will not go well for you.  Also, make sure that the association was not founded by and/or otherwise associated with any  Forendic Document/Handwriting training School/University.

They have a Code of Ethics, members of an accredited association almost never get disqualifed by a court.  This is good common sense to make sure you have the best.  Quality not quantity is what counts. You need to make sure that the document examiner you hire has never been convicted of any crimes and that he and/or she was trained by honest trustworthy teacher(s), who are law abiding and follow the guidelines listed below.  You will not have a chance in court if the expert you choose does not abide by the following rules and guidelines requied by members of an Accredited Organization. 

It has been said, Bart Baggett filed RICO complaints against 53 of his former students.  It appears Baggett's former student(s) were only attempting to better themselves and believed they met the training criteria required by a Certification Board.  Seems that would have been standard operating procedure until their applications were DENIED.  In his "lame" defense Baggett filed baseless complaints against these students falsely claiming they were plotting to steal his current and possibly future students.  Baggett filed these complaints before it was proven that he did not tell the truth when he advertised that he had studied as an apprentice under Ray Walker, QDE., "for a period of several years".  Seems Bart Baggett FALSELY claimed he studied under Ray Walker, QDE., for 2 and/or 5 years . Curtis Leo Baggett falsely claimed he studied under Ray Walker, QDE., for 10 years. 

I made a big mistake when I believed them.

Accredited Organizations follow these very important guidelines listed below: (NOTE: The following information was obtained after research was done after several of US had really bad personal experience(s). We have joined together and want to share what we have learned with anyone who might find they need to hire a handwriting expert/document examiner. NO PERSON associated with any Certification board/program offered and/or provided any information, negative or otherwise regarding Curt Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew, Peggy Walla, Handwriting University, HSI, Handwriting University International, and/or any other school/university and or former students of the same. In regard to this or any other Ripoff Reports!

To apply for a Drivers License one must passed certain tests, including written, oral  eye and driving.  If you cannot pass these tests one cannot get a license to drive a motor vehicle...  Seems if a person studies under the Baggetts, Lehew, Walla and or any school/university they are associated with--  THEY are the only entity who can or will give a person who graduates from THEIR school permission to be a "Document Examiner, Handwriting Expert, Forensic Document Examiner, etc., etc."  If a person has the proper training and experience to apply for a Commercial Drivers License with a Hazardous Material certification,  one must pass phycial, mental testing,drug tests and FBI Background Check(s).  If the applicant cannot pass any or all of these tests they will not be issued a CDL with a Hazmat...  If a person has ever been CONVICTED of a Felony he/she will not be issued a Commercial Drivers License with a Hazmat.  Curtis Baggett professes to be a Trustworthy, Honest, highly professional individual.......  He does not admit that he served 5 years on probation after being convicted of Felony Theft. Curtis Baggett was also convicted of Felony Assult and spent another 5 years on probation in Texas. 

 53 former students who thought they were on their way to becoming BOARD Certified Document Examiners tragicly learned they did not have the proper training and unless they spend more time and money attending accredited training in the field.  Now Bart Baggett has filed RICO complaints against them...  RICO is FEDERAL,  it appears Bart Baggett hopes to give his former students a history of being criminals with a Felony...   Sad! Very Sad!!

In the Comment "Denver" made to Ripoff Report (above) he/she stated one does not need and/or have to be a member of any "Club".  Guess  he/or she is only a member of the Bart and Curt Baggett 'club'.  It seems to me Baggett and those associated or formerally associated with the are uncontrolled, out of control individuals who have no Code of Ethics, No guidelines, and no professional association with any certification board. If you read any of the court cases Curt Baggett was disqualified in, ONE of the reason(s) Curt Baggett was disqualified is that he has no association with a professional cetification board.  Now it seems Bart Baggett and/or Curtis Baggett might be claiming they are member(s) of their own "CLUB",  it will be found their "CLUB" is not recognized by any Court of Law.

IN order to become board certified applicants may participate in a certification program. In order to become certified the applicant must: 1.) Certified Members are individuals who have established background, ability, and experience in the field of document examination, and who have passed application and testing process administered by any Certification Committee.  2.) Individuals who apply for Certification are individuals who have passed the written test portion of the certification process, but have not yet taken the performance and/or oral testing portions of the certification process.

Code of Ethics: A professional Code of Ethics is a code of conduct providing specific guidelines for professional behavior.  The primary aim of the Code should be protection of the public, through a system designed to prevent and/or rectify injurious behavior. The stringency of one's professional code is a measure of that person's professional ethics.

Law and Regulation: The forensic document examiner shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the conduct of buisness and in the performance of professional activities and services. This includes, but is not limited to:  1.) Obtaining all required buisness and professional licenses and registrations, 2.) Payment of all buisness and personal taxes of all types, and 3.) adherence to requirements for all testimonial acts in any legal proceedings the examiner is engaged in.

Agency: 1.) Agency for which one works shall include any private, corporate, non-profit or public entity, or any other entity recognized by law as legitimate, for which the examiner works. 2.) The examiner shall abide by the standards, regulations and/or requirements of the agency, unless there is a conflict between these and a provision of law or of this Code.   a.) If there is a conflict with a provision of law, the examiner shall follow the law and shall do whatever is required to bring the agency into conformity with the law.  (Bart and Curtis Baggett's agency does not abide by any of these professional guidelines)   b.) If the agency refuses to conform to the law and requires the examiner to violate such law, the examiner shall resign from such agency and shall report the violation if required and directed to by the laws and regulations of applicable jurisdiction.

Advartising, Promotions and Qualifications: The following applied to all types of advertising and promotions, including but not limited to traditional ads, directory listings, oral presentations to promote one's services, broadcast appearances, and documents created to represent one's services and qualifications.  1.) Established, codified and recognized norms of "truth in advertising" shall be adhered to. 2.) Norms set forth in this Code for representation of ones' professional qualifications and for communications regarding other professionals should be followed in all advertising and promotions.  3.) The examiner shall maintain a current curriculum vitae (CV) and other documents setting forth one's experience and qualifications as required by the rules of evidence. It is suggested to update the CV every six months. Presentation of one's professional qualifications shall be literally and strictly true.  Is this something Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew and others professionally associated with them do??

Examination of Materials: The examiner should have reasonable assurances concerning the following, prior to undertaking the examination of materials submitted for testing or analysis: 1.) All documents, both disputed and exemplar, whether origionals or copies, must have been obtained legitimately,  2.) There must be a lititimate right to know on behalf of all inquirers,  3.) There should be assurance of confidentiality as far as the law permits.  4.) The examiner is not responsible for the conduct of others, but for having reasonable assurance that the examiner will NOT be involved in illegal or unethical activity. (Bart Baggett, Curtis Baggett and others associated with them advertise a Quick Verbal Opinion,  send them a fax, and $250...  If the case continues, they might send the court a "Strong Letter of Opinion",  but, watch out! Curtis Baggett is known to be his own notary.)

1.) Once consulted or retained by one party, the examiner is NO LONGER AVAILABLE to assist ANY OTHER PARTY in that same case. 2.) CONSENT by a previous client in a case to PERMIT the examiner to assist another party in the same case SHOULD BE IN WRITTEN COMMUNICATION. 3.) IF Request by another party in a Different Case might result in PREJUDICE to a CURRENT client, written consent  concerning this issue should also be obtained from ALL interested parties. (due to reasons I cannot address at this time, I will not comment on the above. I can and will say- I NEVER gave WRITTEN of VERBAL consent to any person named or unnamed above.)

 If you hire Curtis and/or Bart Baggett and/or any person associated with them, PLEASE do your own RESEARCH ask more than one attorney about them. 

First of all, the reports on this site appear conspicuously like Quackwatch:  intended to defame the experts who REALLY know, by others jealous and losing money to them.

Second:  Just because somebody is accused of a crime, or even convicted, does not make it true.  How many people have been released from prison because of false convictions?  And how many people do you personally know who have been charged with a crime?  Or find out years later that they committed a crime -- Do you still trust them?  After all, they didn't steal from you.  And, after all, it happened years ago.... 

Or do you ostracize every person who MIGHT have had a run-in with the law just because the law chose not to side with them?  I am a witness to police fraud, yet the government convicted the person accused, not the police who committed the fraud.  Do you choose to trust the police every time? 

Third:  There is no Governmental, State or Federal BOARD certification of any kind for document examiners.  NONE.  Anyone who claims they are "board certified" is lying to you.  Yes, there are "Boards" to organizations and associations, and someone may be "certified" by that particular club they paid to join, but not by an governing agency like State Bars that attorneys are required to pass.

Fourth:  Anyone with any sense of wisdom will do their own research and choose the person or company that they feel is best for their situation.  The person or persons who are posting the crap will only hang themselves.  Whether you call it Karma or sowing and reaping, you can be sure that what goes around comes around and each person will get theirs.  Good or bad, you will be sure to get what's coming to you. 

I have worked with and against numerous document examiners, and like every other business, some people are better than others.  Maybe I am different than the average person, but with the vicious attacks being laid out there, it only intrigues me to really find out about a person.  Can they really be that bad?  Or is the person attacking and assaulting just a little man or a little woman, who knows nothing about true competition and is just making a big scene, ultimately showing how small, incompetent and hateful they are?

Whatever the reason or reasons these hateful, vicious, small-minded people are spewing their venom, anyone with a half mind is already miles ahead in intellect and will find out for themselves who is in it for the money and who is in it for helping people.

I trust Bart Baggett and I trust Curt Baggett and I would trust anyone associated with Handwriting Services International.  After all, anyone who has helped thousands of people throughout the world obviously has more to offer than the simple minded person whose gray matter is desiccating in his own head, and who sits at the computer scheming his (or her) next hate mail because they haven't figured out how to make their own business work without insulting those who really know the business and have integrity and class.  It is obvious these haters have neither.

One final note:  An open hand and an open mind receives easier than a closed one.

Bart and/or Curtis Baggett have falsely claimed to have been students/served apprenticeship/studied under Board Certified-Handwriting Expert Ray Walker, QDE. Bart Baggett falsely claimed he studied under Ray Walker, QDE, as an apprentice for, "several years", (with Ray Walker, QDE, as his teacher and/or mentor).  Curtis Baggett also "falsely" claimed that he spent 10 years as an apprentice under Ray Walker, QDE.

Fact:  Ray Walker, QDE, died in 1994.

Case No. #199-80166-88  Court: 199th District Court, Collin County, Texas: On 11/12/1987 Cutis Leo Baggett committed the crime of Aggravated Assult. The afore mentioned Case was sent to a Grand Jury and on 02/23/1988 Curtis Leo Baggett was indictied by a Grand Jury that determined the crime was so severe that he was charged with Felony Aggravated Assult. Curtis Leo Baggett pled not guilty but was convicted of this crime on 08/17/1988. On this date Curtis Leo Baggett was placed on probation for 4 years under the supervision of the Texas Department of Corrections.  Baggett was also sentenced to a fine of $5,000.00 and court costs of $160.00. On 07/14/1993 Curtis Leo Baggett was discharged from probation.  In Curtis Leo Baggett's probation records there is NO mention that he was serving an apprenticeship under Ray Walker, QDE.

Bart Baggett falsely claimed he was Ray Walker, QDE's, apprentice for "many years".

Fact: Bart Baggett was born in 1968 it is more likely than not Bart Baggett graduated from High School in 1986. After High School Bart Baggett started his college education at Pepperdine University in California. Bart Baggett graduated from Pepperdine University in about 1992. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Bart returned to Dallas, Texas and went into buisness with his brother Brett Thomas Baggett doing "neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)".

Now Ray Walker, QDE is gone and had no one left to prevent the theft of his integrity by unethical individuals such as Curtis and/or Bart Baggett. Ray Walker, QDE, did not teach his students to do such an injustice to the judicial system or to their clients.

Below are two court cases in which Ray Walker, QDE (Board Certified), testified and/or was deposed these cases are on file in the Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas Courts. Curtis and/or Bart Baggett lied when they claimed that they studied to be Questioned Document Examiners under Ray Walker, QDE. Neither Curtis nor Bart Baggett is mentioned in either of these two depositions. These depositions were made in the same time period that Curtis and/or Bart Baggett claimed to be Ray Walker, QDE's, apprentice(s) and that Ray Walker, QDE, was their mentor.

Bart Baggett and/or Curtis Baggett have falsely presented themselves to the courts and others throughout the world to be "Certified Experts", when in fact they have never been certified by anyone except themselves.

Bart Baggett and/or Curtis Baggett have falsely claimed to have been students of Ray Walker, QDE, Bart Baggett did take a Basic Handwriting Analysis Course taught by Ray Walker, QDE. The Basic Handwriting Analysis Course that Bart Baggett took was two nights a week, two hours a night for six weeks. It has been proven that Bart Baggett NEVER had a personal association with Ray Walker, QDE, except for those very brief hours.

     2.  Case #236-145953-93  Deposition of Ray Walker, QDE, (Board Certified)    Recorded by: Wendy Wilson CSR-4793       Date: May 2, 1994

Fact: In the above described Court Cases in which Ray Walker, QDE, was deposed there is NO mention of Bart Baggett and/or Curtis Baggett being present.

Fact:  Ray Walker, QDE, was accompanied by one of his advanced students/apprentices and that person is infact named in both of the Court Cases described hereinabove.

Could it be Bart Baggett and/or Curtis Baggett have attempted to steal the identity and/or qualifications of the advanced student/apprentice who truely is named in the Court Record(s) described above?

If this is the case then Bart Baggett, Curtis Baggett and/or anyone associated with them will surely be made aware that these FACTS have now been placed on the World Wide Web, thanks to Rip Off Report. This information has now been made publicly available to Law Enforcemnt Agencies and Many, Many Others!

Bart Baggett did not tell the truth when he denied Curt Baggett was his business partner.   It could be Curt is once again using an alias and is Bart's business partner under one of the following names he has used in the past some of them are as follows: Curt, Curtis, Kurt and/or C.L. Baggett.

On several websites managed by Bart Baggett it is stated that Curt Baggett is Handwriting Services International, Handwriting University, HSI's Co-Founder and lead faculty member.

Bart Baggett is listed as the Co-Founder and Faculty.  There are also websites that Bart Baggett manages that names the Co-Founders of this Bogus University as "Professer(s)".  Some of their former students are also named as "Professer(s)"

Is Bart Baggett denying that his Daddy is, "just his friend", because "Handwriting Services India" is in trouble with the law?

When a person agrees to become a student of the Bogus University(s) described above the name of the booklet they are given is "HANDWRITING SERVICES INTERNATIONAL HSI"; "HANDWRITING UNIVERSITY"; "APPRENTICE SUBCONTRACTOR PROCEDURES MANUAL".

Bart Baggett and his Daddy surely made alot of money off of all the students they have enrolled in the above named bogus University(s).  Did Bart and his daddy pay  income taxes on all this money they tricked their students into paying?  Now that we know these University(s) are bogus surely Bart and his daddy didnt rip off the IRS. 

In the beginning stages of the above named bogus University(s) who paid the bills? Was Bart Baggett independently wealthy that he didn't need someone elses help? Or did his daddy invest his own money into it for you--- And By the way where did Daddy get all his money?

Curtis Baggett claims that since 1999 he has testified in more than 2,000 cases in all 50 states and several foreign country(s).  This must have made him a rich man.  Did he pay Federal Income tax on his earnings?

How are Bart and Curt Baggett Qualified to be expert witness(s) and how did those qualifications prepare them to be able to testify in Court?

It seems Bart and his daddy never studied the Federal Rules of Evidence that governs Expert testimony and expert's who are qualified to testify and have the proper education so that they have the qualifications to be certified as an expert witness.

Bart and/or Curtis Baggett do not have these qualifications. 

How and where did Bart Baggett and/or his Daddy study for them to be "Highly Regarded and  Highly Skilled", as they would have the world believe.  Who trained them?  The answer is NOBODY!  Bart and his Daddy are self taught and self declared experts.  Did they apprenticeship under an Expert for a period of several years? NO it wasnt.  It might have been two classes a week that were two hours long for a period of six weeks!  

Bart Baggett and his Daddy have claimed that some students who have graduated from their bogus University(s) are qualified experts.  How can that be when at least two of the instructor(s)/?"Professors"? have never been properly trained or educated to teach anyone how to become an "expert witness".

Now Bart, tell the world WHO'S YOUR DADDY NOW?"

Bart Baggett has posted Rubuttal(s) to Report(s) about Himself, disclaiming a relationship to his Daddy, Curt Baggett and their illegal Schools, University(s), Institute(s) (or by any other description) in duplicate just to take up space.  Bart Baggett obviously did this with the hope that nobody will see the truth in the message(s) he is attempting to push off the bottom of the page. He is duplicating his rebuttal(s) so that his rebuttal(s) appear first on Internet search engines regarding him, his Daddy and his "businesses".

In any/all of Bart Baggett's rebuttal(s) recently posted to Rip Off Report, Bart Baggett never attempts to explain or deny that he appeared on the Judge Judy show and attempted to give an EXPERT OPINION.

2. I , Bart Baggett, have never been disqualified as an expert witness, in any court, for any reason, in any state.  Period.   

3.  This website implies that Handwriting University, Handwriting Services International, and Expert Document Examiner are the same site, same company or same ownership. This is a lie.  Separate entities. Separate Bank accounts.  Different.

Handwriting Services International.com  is a directory of respected forensic document examiners who all run their own independent forensic document businesses.  There are 12-15 excellent business owners listed on this site and doing business with any of them is a smart business decision.  The people listed are all independent business owners, they are not business partners.

Among the 25+ people who have been listed in the HSI online directory since 2003, Curt Bagget has been among them. There are and have been many fine examiners listed on our many websites... but they are not necessarily business partners of mine... just recommended experts.

It should be notated that many attorney's have attempted to cite a Civil Court in Maine's decision to deny the admission of a "official letter of opinion" as false proof that Curt Baggett has not being admitted as a qualified expert by a sitting judge. When in fact, written letters of any expert are rarely admitted in court based on the fact they can be labeled heresy.  This "court in Maine" lie has been circulating among Curt Baggett critics for years.  Curt is routinely accepted as an expert and he will provide you a list of recent judges and court cases, if you want the facts. Call his office and talk to him.

Lie #1:  Handwriting Services International disqualifies you from Board Qualification.

Truth #1:  Handwriting Services International has never offered training of any kind in document examination or graphology.  The person who wrote this is just an uninformed idiot.   H.S.I. is a website which refers business to customers and attorneys to hire a trained document examiner.  Plus, there numerous organizations in the world who offer board certification and their criteria for acceptance varies. In fact, there are numerous reasons an individuals might not be allowed to sit for an exam... read the bylaws of the purported organization.  But, more importantly... this is a big fat lie.

 Bart Baggett does not and never had offered a training program under the banner Handwriting Services International. So, if this is a quote, it is based on false information. And, if is a quote, tell us the exact name of the purported student and the purported organization and purported person stating the quote.   We would like to know.

Again, do NOT believe anything you read on this website from people too cowardly to post their name and address for verification or fail to post important details such as WHO said something and WHEN it was said and to WHOM it was said.  

Remember, there is an entire world of competitors and people who failed at a business others have succeeded at.  Envy is a sad thing.

First of all I would like to thank Rip Off Report for giving Victims a place to inform the world about people like Curtis L. Baggett.  Law enforcement, attorneys, potential victims and/or victims of these people can "Google" them and find information that might not otherwise be available to them.

Former students attempted to get board certified and were told, "Sorry you got your training at Handwriting Services International". Now Bart Baggett has made complaints against his former students and is attempting to have them charged with violating the RICO act, which would be a Felony.  Could it be if Bart Baggett is successful doing this he will be making sure his former students can never become board certified even if they were ever to acquire appropriate training they might have a Felony on their record?

How many more have been victims to their scam?  Curtis Baggett has claimed he has testified in more than 2,000 cases all over the U.S. and several foreign nations.  Could it be there are 1,000s of people in the U.S. and several foreign nations who have been abused and/or had their lives destroyed because Cutis Baggett gave inaccurate testimoney and/or produced  inaccurate "Certified Expert Opinion(s)"?

On his website Curtis Baggett has claims he has examined documents and/or testified in every state in the USA and over a dozen countries-over 2,000 cases since 1990. 

According to the Rocky Mountain News: In recent cases judges have refused to accept Curtis Baggett as a qualified document examiner.

In a federal case in Federal Court in Maine, United States v. Bourgois: The U.S. magistrate in the case granted a Daubert motion to exclude Baggett's testimoney, calling it "unfounded and unreliable" and not based on forensic science expertise. 

Baggett was also disqualified in a Federal Court in Georgia by Federal Judge Clay Land who ruled that Baggett was not professionally certified. Judge Land labeled Baggett's qualifications as "clearly paltry".

In an Arkansas disputed will case,  Wael Abdin v. Delores Abdin, in which Baggett had testified a "lost" will bore the ligitimate signatue of the deceased, he faced  opposing handwriting witness, Linda Taylor who opined that the questioned signature was not genuine. Taylor had been employed as a forensic document examiner in an FBI lab. Baggett admitted he was not board-certified.  He also said he taught document examination through HandwritingUniversity.com, a mail order school, that his son Bart Baggett owned. Baggett admitted that he had not taken any continuing education classes and that he had never published anything in any trade journals.  He also admitted he had once been convicted of feloney theft.

According to Texas Court records Curtis Baggett has been convicted of                        1. Assault     2.  Fraud     3. Felony Theft

If you "Google" Curtis Baggett you will find there is a letter from a Desperate Woman who claimed Curtis Baggett represented himself to her to be a retired CIA agent.

If you "Google" Curtis Baggett and his University in Richard, Texas, the physicial address given makes it appear that Baggett and/or his University is located in an office building that occupies several suites. The address is actually a leased letterbox a few blocks from his residence.

STAY AWAY from Curtis Baggett and his crew.

First: I am not one of Curt or Bart Baggett's competitors since I have learned that I am not qualified to be "a competetor" because I recieved my training through their "University" therefore my certification(s) and/or qualification(s) are not worth the paper they are printed on.

Second: "Libel and Slander" are not "Libel and Slander" when the truth is told.

Third:  In the lenghthy dissertation Bart Baggett posted in his rebuttal he stated that he and Curt Baggett are not business partners they are, "only friends" and just because they have the same last name does not mean they are related. This is an absolute falfication. The truth is that for many years it has been shown that Bart invented the handwriting analysis school and Curtis invented the questioned document school. Then why has Curtis Baggett seperated himself from his invention and his son? Why does Bart Baggett deny that Curtis Baggett is his FATHER????

FURTHER, Bart Baggett has brought a RICO suit against many of his former students because they are attempting to tell the truth about Bart and Curtis Baggett's lack of qualifications and failure to fullfil their obligations to their former students. The truth is the former students have realized that Bart and Curtis Baggett were not qualified to be their instructors and they did not actually have the qualifications of someone who is required to have the proper certifications and/or education in that field.

ALSO when Bart Baggett denied having been disqualified in "any court" could it be he forgot about his appearance on the Judge Judy television show, wherein Judge Judy overruled  Bart Baggett's finding for his client(s).  The Judge furhter repraminded Bart Baggett on National TV for his lack of expertise. Judge Judy overruled  Bart Baggetts findings and conclusions in the case.

WHY has Bart Baggett denied a kinship to Curtis Baggett? Is it because Curtis Baggett's lack of qualifications? Curtis Baggett'ss qualifications have been described by a FEDERAL JUDGE as being "paltry".

I suggest Bart and Curtis Baggett take a DNA test to prove they are not related and a Polygraph to prove if they are lieing.
