Don't forget to mention Beth Chrisman who is the girlfriend or wife of Bart Bagget. She is the director of the ghost school and Bart's puppet. Laurie Hoetzel and Peggy Walla are not part of that team. 

I find the negative postings sad and disturbing.

I was a student  in The International School of Forensic Document Examination during 2008-2009 and found that the 2-year course was an excellent and comprehensive collegiate level curriculum to begin a career as a document examiner. 

I learned how to examine documents, worked on actual cases, was personally mentored, went through mock trials, etc. and I am successful in this career.

The course was of the highest integrity with very good instructors.

Bart Baggett taught with enthusiasm and had high expectations of students... spending as much time as was needed with me to review cases and forensic protocol to insure an objective opinion.

I was very pleased with the end result. Most successful graduate students from his course move on to continue their lifelong training as with any field of expertise. Training doesn't end with a 2-year training program. Bart encourages students to attend webinars, seminars, conferences, and join associations during training and after graduation.  In fact he encourages students to explore other avenues of learning after their training with his school.

I was confused by a statement which implied Bart Baggett promises students his training would get students "board certified" by a third party association. This was never anything that was ever promised to me.  Bart's program did promise a wide and structured education with his own certification and the assistance and goal to get students "court qualified", when and if that opportunity came to me as a working examiner.  He didn't guarantee to get  students "court qualified", but he prepared (perhaps even over-prepared) us for that first day in court.  

Whoever posted that Bart's school failed on his promise is incorrect and is not stating accurate facts about Bart's program and the promises that he makes.

Many associations offer certification programs, but none offer official training. 

Bart's training program to become a document examiner offers certification after a student completes and is mentored through real cases. A certification program gives tangible evidence that a person completed a specific course, studied, trained and finally attained specific goals. 

You cannot become certified through his training program unless you attain specific goals-including real cases.  I was very pleased with the training and received what was promised.

Curt Baggett was not a part of the school or training. So any comments about Curt Baggett and the school are puzzling and I don't know why Curt Baggett's name is combined with the reputation of Bart Baggett and his school. 

While I cannot speak for any student but myself and the classes that I attended, Curt Baggett had not been a teacher, faculty member or a mentor to me.  I had only dealt with Bart Baggett and his staff/faculty.

It appears as though someone is attempting to discredit the training program for document examiners that Bart offers.

I have to assume that whomever has posted these comments is referring to a different program, different era or a different school.  

Bart Baggett's International School of Forensic Document Examination program was a great 2-year training course!  I recommend it to anyone wanting to start a  new career in forensic document examination. 

Why was Don Lehew and Peggy Walla mentioned or even connected to this report?

Neither is mentioned within the body of the report. 

Peggy Walla is in no way connected or affiliated with Handwriting University or the Baggetts.  Peggy Walla continues her education of handwriting analysis and document examination via other entities. 

Peggy Walla is licensed by the Texas DPS as a Texas Private Investigator as required in the state of Texas to examine documents and analyze handwriting.

It is obvious that (Father) Curt Baggett, (sons) Bart Baggett, Brett Baggett (daughter/stepsister) Laurie Hoeltzel, Don Lehew, Peggy Walla, and others associated with them are frauds.

If you are in need of an expert witness, handwriting expert, forensic document examiner, etc. it makes common sense to find an expert who is NOT a fraud.  It has been proven that Curtis Baggett was convicted of Felony Theft and was on probation for 5 years. Bart and Curtis Baggett were never apprentices of Ray Walker, QDE.  Curtis Baggett has been disqualified in courts all over this country.

Handwriting Institute India, Handwriting University, School of Forensic Document Examination and/or any other "School/University" associated with any of the individuals named above has been found to be frauds. They have no prefessional ethics and have invented/stolen their certifications. Bart Baggett and others named above are "too arrogant to recognize their own stupidity". Bart Baggett has Not "brought so many good things to untold number of people's lives.  It is a shame that "such a smart young man with such a self proclaimed international presence" has falsely claimed to be an expert and by doing so has put a fraud on students who fell into your trap. The Baggett(s) Certification Course in handwriting analysis is nothing more than an International Scam. 

Unqualified International Frauds best describes  Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Brett Baggett, Laurie Hoeltzel, Don Lehew, Peggy Walla and their phony fraudulant School(s)/University(s). Bart Baggett has put a fraud on the public falsely claiming he is a handwriting expert/forensic document examiner. All of his radio and television shows and internet ads are nothing but False Advertising.  One would think that because Bart Baggett has a college degree in Marketing he wouldnt be so desperate to ripoff the public, courts, clients and/or anyone he possibly can.  The Baggett's named above and those associated with them have only helped ripoff people who fall into their trap.  Team Baggett (named above) DO NOT HAVE the necessary qualifications to be Document Examiner(s) forensic or otherwise!

It is obvious that you who continue to post your hateful campaign against Bart Baggett and everyone else associate with his schools are a jealous, hateful, insecure, little individual.  The more you and your minions post, the more ridiculous you look.  At this point, you have so many postings that nobody believes you anymore, which in turn, is a good thing.  You have not identified yourself, you have not given any evidence of anything tangible; you have only spread unfounded rumors. 

I appeal to the common sense of anyone looking for an expert to check out Bart Baggett.  Check out Handwriting University.  Bart has been on more radio and television shows promoting handwriting analysis than any other person, group or company in the world.  This person or these people who are posting are obviously jealous that such a young man could be so smart and have such an international presence.

Good for you Bart!  Keep up the good work!  I am proud to know you and proud that you have brought so many good things to an untold number of people's lives.  It's a shame that whoever is posting the nastiness about you is too arrogant to even recognize his own stupidity.  One would think that if they used what you taught he or she might make his or her own life better.  Oh well.  You are on top.  They are at the bottom.  Let them wallow in their own filth, because that is as high as they will go.

I suggest Bart Baggett return his former students money.  There are people all over the world dissapointed in what appears to be a lack of ethics/standards. Bart Baggett should withdraw all the RICO suits he brought against his former students. Make thing right Bart so that not only your former students and other handwriting analyst might once again respect you.

1.  It seems that Mr. Rafi has guided his students to post the best positive comments in this blog.  I put a open challenge that NONE of his Certified Handwriting Analysts are capable enough even to prepare a competent report on Handwriting.  I doubt if Rafi knows that too. Its a very sad part that Mr. Bart Baggett and Mr. Rafi are luring people in the name of Graphology.  Just check out other university's course materials and this University/Institute stands no where.  Anybody ready for an open DEBATE on this topic from this Institute?

3.  I lost Rs 4900 in this University.  I wanted to write a letter to that !##!!## Baig, but before that there was a news telling that it is a fake and fraud university.  I wonder that he could convience a manager form IBM and a lady dentist to propagate the course and that the dentist was telling she could deliver her baby without any problem with the help of graphotherapy and people were believing that.  This is the sad state of our country.  Another thing that !##!!## Baig used to scold the ladies and girls in the course duration like H###.  I wonder how nobody protested that.  I being an Engr and an MBA was a victim and feel sorry for myself being in that 4 day course.

8.   This scam can only be done along with the president of Handwriting University International Mr. Bart Baggett.  Everyone from this university are B####### and they cheat people.  They are "Made to Cheat".  Better dont even think abou this university for Handwriting Course. They are only good in cheating.

9.  If people are looking forward to do a certification course in handwriting analysis,  I would suggest not to take up the program offered by this institute for the sole reason being it does not match up to the international standards.  There are various other institutions, individuals who offer certification courses.  Please "google" before you take up the program.

10.   That Handwriting Institute India is not only the fake university but also a fraud university.  The certification course is not worth 30K but only 3K.  They have no professional ethics and are inauthentic in their operations.  Don't approach them for any Questioned or Forged documents as they don't have necessary qualificaiton in Forensics.  BEWARE!!!!!

3.  They are such big cheats,  they should be put in jail. Their so called certification course for which they charge Rs. 30,000 is useless.  It is just a rephrasing of their beginners course.  Rafiullah Baig the director of that institute is good at marketing.  I fell in his trap and wasted all my money..... totally disappointed.

13.  Goverment of India has given a notice to them for cheating the public by using HANDWRITING UNIVERSITY name..  ya its a fake one....  this is the sad plight of our country...  even a illiterate can get a Phd in India!  seems like a fake university!  not worth the money.
