They forced me into buying a Go zone property from them by not returning my deposit of $17,000. and even though i do not qualify. They switched me between 3 lenders, and they all did hard pull and it hurt my credit, my credit dropped from 740 to 690.  And they winded up doing seller financing on me.

What they promised to sell me was different from what they sold me, essentially they switched bait, they said i don't have to pay the HOA fee. but after i bought it, i have to buy it... and it's actually negative cash flow.

After selling the property to me, they did a sale-lease back... So they were suppose to pay me rent, and after one year, they only paid a month's worth of rent. The property is in Biloxi MS but in their lease they state  and they reported wrongly on the w9.

Even though the property is in MS they worded :

 This Lease shall be deemed made under the laws of the State of Florida and for all 
purposes shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of 
Florida, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof.  All matters to be 
adjudicated hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in state or federal courts located in 
Palm Beach Country, Florida and each party hereto does hereby waive any objection 
based on the doctrine of forum non-conveniens. 

Which made no florida attorneys willing to take the case, and the Missisppi attorneys confused. These guys are experienced scammers.
