Hanover Companies sends bogus portfolies to get investors to purchase the properties.

After that they will sign a 2 year lease and pay you more than the market price for rent, if they pay that is, and then you realize they conned you. I was told that the rents for these properties they wanted me to buy were almost twice,  some case, then they actually were. Since these were Go-Zone properties and no real way for you to check, they sold the properties to the investors. During the 2 year lease they paid the rent on time, supposed to be before the 15th of the month, may be 5 to 6 times in 2 years. My lease is over this month and so far they still owe me over $8,000 in rent. The management team have been sent the e-mails I have sent and nobody is really take charge to correct these issues. My business has mortgages to pay and the bills bounce as the rents are not coming in. They are collecting interest on the money they owe people and the management does nothing about it.

Stay way from purchasing any properties from them as they are liars and thieves.

If there are more people out there who are being screwed over, speak up. They should not get away with this.
