Happy Deal Mall Shady missing parts replacement Beijing Internet

For almost six months dealing with HappyDeal Mall to get parts that were omited from the shippment, all I got was excuses and miss-information. Originally I asked for a refund because the product would probably not last a year. When that was denied I was told that I would have to pay more than the product was worth to send it back. My only option left was to ask for the missing parts. They quoted a "supplier" that concluded that there was no missing parts even with the photo I sent. After Many photos and parts list, (and more excuses) They concluded with saying that they no longer had the parts in stock. Yet they continued to sell the product on the Walmart site. No one should be doing business with Happy Deal Mall and most certainly let Walmart know your decision.
