Harbor Resort Management Group ripoff dishonest timeshare scam Las Vegas Nevada

april 10, 2007 My husband and I bought into this scam. Straight out lies about being able to travel any time, any where. We placed a down payment of $400 and financed the balance. Like dummies we provided tons of personal information including social, driver license number and debit card number. We were told we would recieve a packet with our established member number within 45 days.

We never recieved anything, so I began making phones calls, some numbers were disconnected and others only had voice mail. I have left countless messages and still no return call. We contacted the bank (HIGHLAND FINANCIAL) that supposedly financed us and they only have record of running our debit card for the down payment. However, they did tell us they hear stories like this about Harbor mgmnt all the time, and suggested we contact our bank to cancel any automatic withdrawls.

Please keep in mind that this company tells you to wait 45 days so you do not suspect anything unusual, BUT by the time you realize you've been scammed your banks 60 day policy to dispute transactions has come and gone!!!
