Harbor Touch Merchant Services Did not honor their side of contract and refuses to work with me. They contiune to steal money from my business account even after switching accounts Allentown Pennsylvania

On December of 2014 I was opening a business for the first time and found Harbor Touch by an internet search on credit card processing companies. I was excitied to see that I could get an entire POS system for free by signing a 3 year contract for their services. They where very helpful and kind in the beginning. I was promised that I would have the pos system and everthing I needed to run my business by my grand opening day. The week of grand opening I called my sales rep and was told it was shipped out and it wouldnt take long at all to set it up, I had nothing to worry about. The day of my grand opening, I still didnt have my pos system.

I called harbor touch and i was told that the pos system that i was suppose to get was not even launched yet and would not be available until late jan. or feb. I asked why I was never told that and that my sales rep told me it was shipped out to me already. Harbor Touch had no answer for me and told me I needed to contact my sale's rep. I attempted to contact my sales rep over 10 different times with no answer or returned phone call. I called harbor touch again and asked them when they thought I would be getting my equipment and made sure I was not going to be billed until I got my quipment. I was told that I would not be billed until I started using the service and had my eqipment and I would recieve my pos system no later than Feb.

I recieved a bill from them in the amount of $60 in Jan so I called and asked why i was being billed and they told me it was my monthy fee's. I informed them that i have not recieved my equipment so I am unable to use the service and i was told by harbor touch that i would not start being billed until I recieved my equipment.  The customer service rep then told me that my order for the equipment was cancelled! I asked why it was cancelled; because i never cancelled anything. I was told it was because the equipment they signed me up for was not available in my area.

This is when I started getting mad! I would have to sign a new contracty with them for the new equpment that was available. They would have my sale's rep contact me and get it setteled. I told them I wanted to speak with a manager. I was told there was not a manager that I could speak with because they dont talk to customers. I waited a week and never recieved a return call from a sales rep. i called back to Harbor Touch to inform them I havent talked to anyone yet. It was the same run around for weeks. I would call and got the same answer, that someone would contact me and they personally would see to it that i got this call and then I would never get the call.

March I recieved another bill for $60. I called and told them that because they havent giving me my equipment that I cant use the service so I shouldnt be getting billed. They told me that they dont issue refunds and I signed a 3 year contract so I had to pay. I told them I wasnt going to pay for a service I cant use, so I wanted to cancel.

It is going to cost me a $250 to do an early cancelation and I would have to send in paperwork. I filled out the paperwork and emailed and mailed by postage. However they said they never recieved the paperwork so I was billed again. This time I went to my bank and closed my account and opened a new one.

Harbor Touch somehow got my new account information and took more money out of the new account. I resent the paperwork and again they never recieved it. I dont want any dealing with this company but they wont stop taking money out of my account. I was billed again in April and in May for equipment fees and service fees. I dont know what else to do! I already changed my bank account and they found me! I already sent in paperwork twice and they dont get it!

I never gave them permission to withdraw funds out of this account and i even informed my bank about this. But somehow they keep getting money from me. I never recieved a call from a sales rep, a manager or recieved my equipment.

Harbor Touch is a scam company set up to take advantage of businesses! Please dont get involved with this company.

I recieved a call from Harbor touch after making this report and they tried to get me to take this report down. They offered to refund me $30.00 of the hundreds they stole from me, not to mention I never even gave them permission to take this $30.00 out of this bank account. No written approval, no signed documents and no verbal approval to withdraw any money from this bank account. I informed them that I would not take any report down until I get ever penny they stole from me.How can a business steal money out of your banking account without permission from the account holder? I never gave them this account information but they some how got ahold of it. I am still being billed for services I never used or was given a chance to use. I dont know what my next move is but I can say I will not let them keep taking money from me and I will do anything in my power to not let this happen to anyone else.
