I agreed to take surveys for Harris Poll Online, in exchange for "HIpoints" that were redeemable for merchandise.

After years of submitting surveys, and collecting significant HIpoints, Harris quit sending me the surveys.

I tried to redeem my HIpoints, but Harris Poll Online said that after a year of inactivity, all of my points expire.

There was no announcement, and no answer when I asked them what happened to the surveys.  Also, I had submitted surveys less than a year from their declaration that my account was empty.
