Harris Poll Online I WAS RIPPED OFF!! New York, New York

Its  like  this,  I  redeemed  my  points  with  Harris  Poll  Online,  about  a  year  and  a  half  ago  and  have  been  back  periodically  to  inquire  where  the  items  were  that  I  had  redeemed  for  my  points  with  them.At  first  I  was  told  it  would  6  to  8  weeks,  so  when  that  time  came  and  went,  I  knew  right  then  that  I  was  probably  never  going  to  receive  the  items  I  had   redeemed  my  points  for.And  they  have  told  me  since  then  with  my  communications  with  them,  they  are  not  to  be  held  responsible  for  anything  purchased  from  their  site.I  look  at  it  like  this,  your  advertising  it  on  your  site,you  do  have  a  responsibility  to  make  sure  your  members  get  what  they  were  promised.Plain  and  simple,  I  was  scammed!!  And  I  want  to  let  everyone  know  what  happened  to  me,  so  it  doesn't  happen  to  them.
