Harvest Trading Group Stainless Steel Water Hose Norwell Massachusetts

This company markets stainless steel garden hoses through various retail outlets such as Wal-Mart and Sams they also have direct marketing on radio and TV. At first glance it appears to be a good idea. However when used the connectors come off and the inside lining slides part way out of the steel cover. Thus far I have found no way to reattach the end or get the liner to slide back into the outer shell.

When I contacted the company their answer was that they would only honor their warrenty if proofs of purchase could be produced for each defective hose. I don't know about anybody else but who keeps proofs of purchase for garden hoses. Other than that they seem to be the only maker or distributor of this product so if someone has it they must have bought or stolen the hose.

They shoulf have some procedure to repair or replace defective products whne one considers that each 50 foot section cost between 40 an 50 dollars it should be of better quality.
