I signed a contract on May 30,2006 to have a pool built. They never even filed for the permits until August. When I signed the contract they said we would be swimming by end of August. They managed to fail the inspections by placing the pool in the wrong location of the yard causing it to be cut down by 2 feet.

They dug the hole and put the steel in in september and called for inspection in November. They failed again. They promised the pool would be done by Christmas. Well that never happened we still had dirt piled higher than our house until Janurary 2007.

They finally started to work on the pool again in Mid Janurary, Now since they have not paid the sub contractors i am getting liens from them for non payment.I paid 23000.00 for this pool and now I have to pay more liens one for the deck 4583.00 and one for the diamond brite 1550.00 and there are more on the way. They still have about 56 uncomplete pools and dont care. They have had there phones disconnected and dont want to make good on any of the contracts they signed. I have spent more money trying to make it safe. I have had to pay and electrician to finish the wiring. I have a fence company coming to make the yard safe. All of this was in the contract. The owners of this company operate in several states. OHIO MICHIGAN INDIANA and FLORIDA. They advertised they were licensed Bonded and Insured what a joke. Now there license in Florida has been suspended and they are unable to operate all of us have to somehow find a way to complete our pools. There is no regrets on MR Michael Kerrs part as all he can say is i am broke Yet he owns a 450,000.00 Home At 606 Dahlia Lane in Vero Beach and another in Ohio. He is very unwilling to take any responsibility for his or his brothers actions and step up to make sure his customers are taken care of.I was unable to find the listing on the building they own but have heard it is worth over a million dollars. Mr Kerr and his brother are trying to blame everybody but themselves and wont take any responsibility for there actions. To verify any information contact Betty at the Indian River Contrators Licensing Board. For the record I did check them out with the BBB and at that time they had no complaints. People like this need to be taught a lession that you just cant steal peoples money with total disreguard.
