 I ordered a free sample of Rejuvanew Eye Cream called Revitol for $5.99. When I received the confirmation of the order, I was told I had signed on to a discount rewards egift card membership service. At NO time was I told the cost would be $14.97 per month. Later the next day, I had a very pushy women call on the telephone and tell me that because I had registered I could get discounts on all sorts of items, free products, egift cards, weight managemebt club membership, save on groceries, shopping savings, freebies, vacation deals, magazines etc.

I told her that I was not interested in those items and that was not want I asked for. I asked several times for a refund of the $14.97 and was told that I had 15/30 days to cancel. I said I was canceling there and then, she would not listen and kept on with her pitch. Finally, I called customer service, they also kept telling me that I could not cancel until I had the product I sent for and went the 15 days or 30 days, then I could call and cancel. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and had the phone slammed in my face.

This made me even more suspicion, so I called back and asked for a Supervisor, the women said she as a Supervisor, I told her the story, and she also said it could not be canceled. I told all three, that I better not be charged monthly (now they had my card information) and that I had better receive a refund. I am 75 years old and cannot afford to pay for unnecesary things. I bought the product for my daughter, and did not expect to go through all this hassel. Why do these people prey on senior citizens. Actually, I do not have credit cards so I used my debit card.
