HDI Connections Charged $149.95 to my credit card ripoff optimalconnections.com Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I received my credit card statement yesterday and there was a charge for $149.95 from HDI connections with an account number. I had no idea who this was. I called the credit card company and they told me this was an internet site that was capturing credit card numbers from companies you had ordered from and it was a scam.
I called the number at HDI connections, spoke with Kyle and asked him what this was. He told me I had a membership from last year and this was an "upgrade." I informed him I never had an account with them and to remove this charge from my credit card. I was then put on hold and 10 minutes later he told me it would show up on my next billing statement.
