I completely occur with the earlier poster who noted that there was a lot of talk of a pay-off and nothing of a kind happened for the investors.  It's very sad, but my wife and I lost every dime we invested with this company and then some.  I was forced to pay extra fees because part of our investment was with an IRA holding company.  That company finally determined the assets as worthless, about 2 years ago, which was my trigger to write off the thing as a complete loss (although the IRA cannot be technically written off).

I'm not aware that the producers are making anything off of our investment, but I wouldn't be surprised.  We're just the little guy.  And, we just got trampled.
