Healthcare Services Group Inc. Back stabbing company who does not care about their employees Bensalem Pennsylvania

I started working for HCSG the summer of 2010 and working for them may have paid my bills but not worth the stress and all the crap they throw your way. I started working as a laundry aide i absolutely loved it then i was cross trained to housekeeping and as a floor technician. After 3 years of working like a slave for this company i was promoted to an Account Manager, finally someone was looking out for me, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I took the position, got the building into shape with no managerial traing what so ever. I have been in this position for 6 months. They praised me on how well everything was coming together. I had a death in the family and took 1 only 1 bereavement day to morn. After that everything went down hill for me. They wanted me to fire multiple employees who have been there  for 10+ years. I refused to fire employees for no reason. They wanted them gone to save money, they may not have said it flat out but im not some idiot. Someone notified me that the company advertised for my position on Monster.com. 

I went on vacation to take a break after working atleast 100 hours of overtime since i took the position with no overtime pay. When I came back from vacation they proceed to tell me how bad the building looks. Now they want me to work not only my normal 80 hours every two weeks but also want me to work third shift a few days out of the week as well. Im talking  about working mon through fri dayshift and 3rd shift on my weekends. basically no day off what so ever. Im willing to work the 3rd shift if i could have 1 day off between. They told me if i do not come in there will be consequences and would be making their life so much easier. They lie to your face and stab you right in the back. They do not care about the facility or employees what so ever, all they care about is getting money in their own pockets. I hope they are reading this cause I know for a fact they will know who is writing this report. My advice is not to trust this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
