This company called me several times over a couple of weeks seeking my business. I finally agreed to do the 30 DAY TRIAL!!! In two weeks my account was charged $99.90. I tried calling to cancel and I was hung up on by two seperate "customer service" reps. They told me that I was supposed to cancel in 15days but I was told by the sales rep that I had 30 days. I asked him repeatedly to ensure that I would have enough time to cancel. They did not listen to my complain and refused to assist me.
This company is HORRIBLE!!!! If there is anyone out there who knows how we can take our claim further please let me know. These people can not continue to rip off innocent people in this way.
I am extremely pissed off about the situation!
