This company distributes software called "PC Rescue." I am a registered user of this product and although I have proven my registration with a valid coded number I cannot get a response from them via their help web address. They claim that my name is not in their records.
I have written to Mr. Markham in Austen, TX but have received no response from him despite my inclusion of my name, address and valid program registration number.

This user's letter was filed after the company was no longer a viable business entity. In 2007, we decided to close the business and move on. As such, we removed the company website from the internet and quit selling and supporting the software product that he mentioned.
If 3rd party vendors are still selling excess inventory, they are doing so without our permission.
