I ordered "Vanity" from HealthyRightNow.com, paid $207.90 and never received the product. They told me it would take 2-5 business days for delivery. It has been over a month and I have not received the product.
I have called their customer service line a dozen times at (219) 661-1875 only to find it constantly busy, and the only option they give is to leave a message. I have left 2 messages and have not received a call back. I have also sent an e-mail to sales@healthyrightnow.com and have yet to receive a response.
It appears this internet based company rapes people and then disappears, never to be heard from again. If you are considering ordering anything from this website, I STRONGLY urge against it.
I had read on a previous complaint page that the person responsible for the customer service is named Mark Lovell. I have searched for this name and have not been able to find anymore information. If anyone has any info on this person or this company that could help the effort to expose these people and file a class-action law suit, please help!!

We have heard from this customer and addressed his shipping problems in a timely manner. The customer's order was reshipped and has been delivered.
If any customers have problems with there orders we DO respond and take action as fast a possible.
We strive for customer satisfaction.
It would be great if there was website that encouraged customers to write their good experiences with businesses.
