I signed up for the "free" membership which was fine. I started getting a lot of email (that I couldn't check or send without paying the full membership fee) and thought, hmm this sure beats yahoo.com So, I paid the 24.95 to join.
Immediately I responded to the people and well, thats exactly it, NOTHING happened, not a week, not two weeks later had I ever gotten a response.
So, pretty sure these ficticious profiles, I chalked it up to experience and moved on. Soon, I started receiving email again. So, I check it. All of the messages in my box were REPLIES. That was strange, I never sent any messages to these people entitle "Come and take a L@@K" and such. So, I asked them, what did the message that you got from me say? All 5 were the same and sure enough messages that I had not sent myself.
To make matters worse, these people had paid money to join so they could read the email that I didnt really send. After researching, I figured all of this out and posted in my profile what had been happening. Sure enough "KICKED OUT!" a day later with NO REFUND of my 24.95!
So, I felt it was my duty to report this guy and his SCAM!!! I created several other ficticious usernames without picture so that I could send people messages and gave the link to this site and Richard's (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff130053.htm) report to about 50 people. I hope they get the picture. I have also filed a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center - http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp) and encourage all of you who have been ripped off too (which I know from talking to most of you that there are a lot of you!) to do the same. Time to teach this guy a lesson. Let's KEEP THE INTERNET HONEST since it is a service we all use regularly!
