I was charged for the Nuwave Portable Induction Cooktop (PIC) on June 21st, having actually ordered it online a couple weeks prior. The offer online was "Buy 1 get 1 Free". At this point (August 15th) I have still not received the 2nd PIC. I contacted customer support via email and they claim they shipped the 2nd PIC but certainly I never received it. I confirmed with Fedex that two packages were shipped but only one package contained a PIC and the other contained the Cookware (per the online offer) - NO 2nd PIC has been received. In my opinion this is a bait-and-switch as it seems more people have complained of the same or similar experience in that they did not receive the 2nd (Free) item or some other portion of their order was never shipped/received.
