I obtained their service back in April 2014. I signed up for several services for a total of $3694.00 but only went in and received (1) full body scan. I have found that their "scans" are NOT as safe as they portray them to be and when I went back to inform them that "I am no longer going to be coming in for their services" they said, I needed to go the the company that financed the arrangement. I did, but since I have already PAID the balance in FULL; I was told that I needed to go back to HeartSavers. They tell me that "They can only credit back to the finance company and will NOT provide me payment directly; but the finance company says, "They no longer have nothing to do with it". As such, I paid $3694.00 for something that costs no more than $500 and the company will NOT refund what they have already been PAID.
