Heather Bowden Heathers Sassy s****.>

In May of 2018 I visited Heather Lee Bowden at her place in Seymour to place a deposit on a Snowshoe Kitten. The kittens were there and verified as real so I paid her $250.00 and the remaining $100.00 was to be paid at pick up. The kittens were due for pickup in early June of 2018 and she claimed my kitten somehow got outside and either ran away or possibly died.

I asked for a refund and she said she needed time to pay me back or I could have a kitten from the next litter ready in July for no extra money. I almost took the offer until I did online search for this person and found another review where almost the same thing happened and warnings all over Craigslist that this woman scams people. It appears she oversells these kittens to as many people as possible and then first come first serve as to whoever picks it up and the rest of us get nothign even tho we paid a deposit to hold a kitten from that litter.

I saved my signed receipt and a contract from her as proof and kept all my messages. Heather also is buying cats from real breeders that require a spay and neuter contract to keep the cats as pets only and then blocking contact with them and using the cats to breed which is illegal per the signed contract agreement from buying from these litters. She posts her kittens for sale on Craigslist and on Facebook, she also posts all over these same sites that she is searching to buy cats and kittens of certain breeds and claims they will only be for family pets.
