Helena Collection Wigs Helena's wig Rude Service, Incompetent Employees, Hidden Charges on credit card. New York, New York

I would never ever shop at Helena's wig store EVER again. During the first time I visited the store, one employee helped me, I paid for my item and things went smoothly. I went back for a second time and this time, the employees were extremely rude and they had very bad attitudes. As if I were interrupting them. I purchased the same item that I purchased last time (because it was needed urgently) and the employee charged me more than the last time. 89 cent isnt going to make or break my wallet, but it's a principle involved. She also seemed angry that I used my debit card, when the sign says "Cards are welcomed". I never got a thank you, she just threw it back on the counter. To make matters worst, she charged my card DOUBLE the amount and I just seen another charge from them. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank for the 2nd charge and for the hidden charge. I've checked some reviews online and apparently, this isn't the first complaint of that nature.

Beware of shopping at Helena's. They have rude service, the employees are bad..and not to mention, you can find the  items for a lower price. They also take your card in the back to charge it and theres no way of confirming of what they actually charged you until you read your bank statement. Shopping here is just not worth the hassle and I would never recommend Helena Wig Collection!
