Hellas Motors Hellas Auto Sales Sold STOLEN car and refuses to give refund or provide rental Chicago Ridge, Illinois

I bought a car from Hellas Motors that turned out to be STOLEN.  Everything was fine for a couple of months until I was pulled over on a routine traffic stop. The officer notified me that the car was stolen, I thought they were joking since i make regular payments and was actually scheduled to make a new payment the very next day. The car was impounded and taken away from me on the spot, while I was on vacation.  The Secretary of State Investigator (IL) notified me that the car was apart of an auto theft ring and also told me that the dealership should be responsible for refunding my money. I called the dealership, they would not rent me a car  in order for me to get to work. They did not want to pay back the money immediately. So I am without a car and I am having to rent a car until I take them to court.
