Help Link Carillion Warm Front Scheme A Botched job from beginning to end leaving me with no water for 5 years Nationwide

I was accepted for the government funded grant for a new heating system in 2012 which Carillion won the contract which in turn was sub contracted out to Help- Link.  After a 6 month wait commencing February 2013 they eventually turned up. I had previously told the surveyor that I suffered from severe hard water and I suggexted a swao for the radiators for a water softener as without this the system would only work for a limited period buy on the day of installation, I neither got the radiators or the softener.  I informed the head office immediately but they came up with what I know now - a pile of nonsence.  I wanted the boiler situated in a small room but informed the engineer a doorway in the room was being boardred up but was concerned about the clearance for to service it, I was informed " it would be tight squeeze but servicable.  It was a spoof after I tried to  have a service, it appeared there was not enough clearnce, shortly after. the system stopped working/

I was left with no heating over the Chritmss period after suffering hyperthermia.  If that could not get any worse, they had not filled in the main hole where the pipe came in, then before I knew it my home was filled with rats and mice, this was all to much as I suffer severely with mental health issues, this was the time I began cutting up and suffered a brea down.

The nan in charge and putting a stop om everything was a Paul Swansbury ( Carillion).

I today have began cutting up again after paying them £300 for a heat plate and now they have asked for a further £300 for another part.  This has taken me over the edge and will be sectioned.  This treatment by this horrid useless Company I cannot put all into words.  I have taken many pills and just type in Sqaddies living in squalor, it was headlines in a major tabloid who have been treated the same by this Company.  Please stay in touch but must sign off for the moment.  I live in UK and you have my e-mail address. please help me.
