Ok, so I met My wife in 2010. apparently she defaulted on a loan. in 2002 and they got a judgement in 2009 (before we even married) I am the sole pervider for my household. I reacently found out that they put a hard hold on my accouint. Im they primary on the accounbt and yes ( my wife is on the account). However the money in the account comes from me! They have taken everything even the pay ck i just get.

they took $4010.00 for something that happened before i was even in the picture. How is this even legal. It cant be. I called and tried to talk to them . they assured me it was just a hold on the account, untill i could provide proof that it was my money. so i did, 2 pay stubs and a bank statement. they said again they where waiting on a responce from the bank. so what was wrong with the proof i provided?  but they did not hold anything they took it all!!!!!
