Never , have i experienced this kind of treatment in all my years as a consumer , i basically have the same problem as everyone else , i ordered a monitor on September 21 st , it has been back ordered since , i was offered to wait or get a store credit , i accepted to wait thinking it would take two to three weeks as stated by hifisoundconnection's customer service , after a wait of three weeks i had enough and asked how much longer , received the same e mail saying a two week delay untill item is back in stock , i contacted the BBB to see if they can help , they received the same answer ( do not worry you will get your item as soon as it is back in stock ) who knows when this will be two months , six months , maybe a year who knows .
I have in the past 3 weeks sent three e mails asking for a refund , of course no answer , in the past week i decided to give them a break , for i have had positive shopping experiences with them in the past , and have sent them 3 emails , one no older than two hours ago asking for a store credit , still no answer, i would have no issues with hifi soundconnection if they would keep you more informed , however with them it's unanswered mails and forget calling them , you always get the same message " all representatives are busy , please wait and after about a minute on hold you get disconnected .
Hifi sound needs to get better and comunicate with their customers , i too am in the service industry with 50 employees working for me and i always make it a point to teach them that an informed customer is a happy customer , ignoring them only gets them more upset , NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS .
