I placed an order for 2 puppy dog banks for my children for Christmas on November 19th. They have charged my credit card and since then I have not received a follow up with the status of my order and have not received the products I paid for. There is no customer service number listed on their website and they advertise on both Face Book and Instagram. I have emailed the email address provided several times with no response. I am completely frustrated and disappointed. Assuming I've been scammed or this is just really bad business!!!

I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
