I ordered 3 of The Worlds Cutest Dog Coin Banks for an individual price of $21.99 each, totaling $65.97. I received a confirmation email that the order was getting ready to be shipped and I would be notified when it was sent. I never received that email and never recevied the products.

I tried to contact them by email and phone and neither option was a working option. I also contacted the BBB and was told to contact the Louisiana Attorney General's office. I contacted them by phone and was sent paperwork to fill out.

I would appreciate any help you could give me.Thanks.

High Class Universe I clicked a link from my Instagram account to purchase a dog coin bank. I ordered and paid for the product. I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. When I tried to contact them to track my package their website was no longer active. Unknown. Link from Instagram Internet

I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
