High class universe. & I love babies forever Ordered item from them and no response to numerous messages I sent to them to their Facebook page.. No shipping info , nothing.they're page says when you message them that they usually respond to it instantly.. Well it's been days Internet

I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
