I ordered 2 coin banks and received a confirmation email showing that my CC was charged and the items were being prepared for shipping. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything on shipment. I have contacted them twice with no responses. There are several other complaints on the same items ordered by other people from the same company. I want my $43.98 back!!!

High Class Universe I clicked a link from my Instagram account to purchase a dog coin bank. I ordered and paid for the product. I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
