High End Consignment Did not pay me for all my clothing Eagan, Minnesota

I brought about 50 pieces of clothing into the store.  Linus (owner) was thrilled with the high end labels.  He assured me they would sell and I could collect a check within 60 days.  After about a month, my neighbor went into the store to ask about consigning and Linus told her he wasn't taking anymore and was very rude. 

After hearing this, I went to see how my sales were going.  The young lady knew nothing of the amount and I should come back when Linus was there.  The following day I went in and he said I sold $83 dollars worth.  I asked for an accounting and I would like to pick up clothing that remained.  He would have it on Friday.  Friday came and when I picked up the remaining clothing, there were 15 pieces that supposedly sold.  I questioned why my 15 expensive pieces only sold for $83, and he said "You don't get a lot of money for consignment".  I wanted to have proof of sale and he said he would mail the tags.  Three weeks later, no tags, so I go into the store and hanging right on the rack were 2 of my items.  Asking for the tags, the lady said they don't do that and I need to talk to Linus. 

Linus called after leaving several messages and he got irate when I asked why I cannot have proof of items sold.  Shouting, ranting and finally he hung up on me.  When ever we had a conversation, he liked to remind me that he was a "preacher" and he would never do anything dishonest. 

I think I will be very old before I see those tags and/or proof of sale.  I think there are still items there that are mine.
