July 06, 2010 I made the biggest mistake of my life by signing up for a web site design with HIT web design. They took my money and did nothing for a few weeks, than they told me I have to buy certain enhancements in order to continue. This was the time I got the full TOS mailed to me (July 30, 2010) what a shock. The only right the customer has is the right to pay all others are on the HIT web design side. They actually came to the point to do the shopping cart (person was assigned) but halt they needed the contentwriter to do his job first. I was told they are short handed but they will HIRE somebody and soon as they have someone he/she will be assigned to me. After seven!! weeks and countless e-mails and phone calls of mine, the shopping cart designer all of a sudden turned into the contentwriter. Oh and lone be hold he even delivered. A text with so many mistakes and false suck-out-their-thumb information that it was not funny anymore. I gave up and hired a different company, just to find out that my suggested domain name that was supposed to be registered in my name and responsibility, was registered under Heritage Web Solutions, speaking now their property. My domain name is MY DESIGNER BRANDNAME I have been using for years, almost a decade. So after loosing more than $1000 I also Lost my Brand? I know $1000 does not sound much but considdering all the complaints of other victims, it turnes into a Million-Dollar ripoff.
