Hobbs Herder Hobbs-Herder Advertising I paid $6,000. for them to design a 3-fold real estate agent brochure which, they said, came with a "Satisfaction Guarantee." But they could not deliver, because apparently their summer interns kept quitting. Newport Beach California

My situation was very similar to that of REMAX agent Delia, whose report is also listed here. After my spending dozens of hours providing them with info and direction, I was told, with nearly every call to them, that my rep was no longer there, and they'd assign a new one. The design quality was so amateurish that it was laughable, except for the $6,000. I paid and that they of course, reused to refund. What a waste of time!
