Have been a H.O.G. member for 14 years and also a "Deluxe" member of Road America.
Experienced a dead battery on my Harley Road King, 1550 miles from home. Called to get a jump. Neither H.O.G. or Road America will come and jump your motorcycle! Not covered! They would send a tow truck which was going to take 40 minutes, to tow the bike to a Harley dealer 26 miles away, to have the bike "serviced" which I'm guessing is Harley's way of getting more of my money. The dealer was going to be closed by the time the tow truck got me there anyway. If this isn't a ripoff, I don't know what is. The next business day, I cancelled my membership with H.O.G. and Road America.
