Holiday Certicates Of America they offered me and my organization money saving certificates which ate certificates for giftcards i was told they were free and i was paying shipping and handling charges only and they where offeted to people ..schools and churches which could be used as a fundraiser .so in turn why they were free and you only paid shipping and handling because they were actually vouchers buy one $100 gift card gey one $100 giftcard free money saving certificates that offer $300 worth of free major gift cards...i have no choice but to believe this is a rip off and a scam do to the nature of mr.Russell Charles jr. and holiday certificates of America behavior ...as a business someone should have contacted me via phone or email and rushed my certificates out but in return i get nothing...it just suspect Toluca Lake California

mr.Russell Charles Jr. Aka holiday certificates of America. I ordered holiday gift card vouchers. now i sent the $40 and therisk free form back and that was in mid September at the end of September I received a letter stating they have received my form and money but they were behind in orders because theu recieved a large out pour of orders they would be late sending/completing my order because they had to hire another printing company to meet the massive order so you will have your order no later than October 15th 2014 so im like cool October 23rd roll around no order i had not recieved anything not even an email so i wrote mr. Russell Charles and holiday certificates of america and i sent a copy of the letter they sent to me with my letter showing and stating i had not recieved my order as promised ..they also promised extra certificates for the delay on my order in this lettet i included all my contact info email plus phone...no response ..
From them they never sent my order to me ..they sent a letter stating they would no later than October 15th 2014..plus bonus certificates because they were behind. I have not got them to this day I sent a letter around 24th of October no response... from their behavior I have no choice but to label them as a rip off
