What a horrible experience and a waste of time! I too am sorry that I did not find this website prior to ordering a costume for my son for Christmas. At least it was not a necessity like the other stories. This company sends confirmation right away. Thier website states "you will not be charges until items are shipped" and that you will receive a tracking #. My invoice says shipping by UPS ground.
They do not respond to emails or phone messages. Half of their numbers are busy and the other half ring on and on. I have yet to try the fax #. I am suprised that some customers actually received something. I assumed that they didn't even sell costumes.
Do not waste your time with this company, they are not worth even a consideration. You will be dissapointed if you give them a chance.

I wanted to update to let people know that I found a way to contact Hollywood Costumes. I faxed a copy of my invoice with a note to 1-954-781-1517 and received a response the next day. The person gave me a UPS tracking number and the costume did arrive. It was complete and I am satisfied with it. I still am unhappy with the lack of communication, however. I did order on the 9th and didn't receive until the 21st. But...they did come through.
