Holy Family hospital stewarts Holy Family Bad care at ER methuen Mass Massachusetts **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

I went to the Holy Family  Methuen emergency room this am 9/2/2017 at my Surgeons Dr Paul Gemis staffs request as I suffer a serious /debilitating disease , the Spanish girl at front desk acted as though I/the senior gentleman in front of my  were bothering her -very rude rolling her eyes & all throwing paper's down looking at us from the bottom of her nose ,The older gentleman looked at me as he was done with her  walked by & said good luck with her .Yes Sir I responded , I was then at desk I was rewarded with the same charm . I had to see the nurse sitting to the left of her - she was a peach , done with the nurse 5 mins later I was called into the ER With a woman we walked into room 13 I believe she asked a few questions we said our goodbyes & best of luck to each other - .A
Another  woman came into the room asked me some questions -then left - A male doctor came in named Vidal - I started to explain reason for my visit ,I first asked if he is familiar with hidrenitus superativa he said no -as I talked a bit more he said yes I know I found that odd thing to say , I explained I have been dealing with HS for 15 years Medical world has been behind in advancement of it , I am at stage 4 both of my buttocks from top to bottom & tail bone are loaded with 8 golf ball sized fistula -16 have a home in my armpits .

Dr Gemis had done procedures in office for a few years such as draining and cutting the sinus tracks that run deep into body by now -I been taking are by keeping clean ,Tried every off of the shelf med for pain and topical for it to no reward , using bentadine , neosprin,  sutz baths change of diet etc  Dr. Gemis agreed as did my primary care to my regimen a few flare ups know have gotten real bad the golf balls at now like two lightbulbs with a few golf balls close by they leak daily and shamefully I have to wear men's disposable diapers and always in dark pants as stains will show thru. Wednesday of this past week I had a paralyzing flair up so bad I stayed in a fetal position thru the night while on the floor I called doctor Gemis  his staff explained what to do she said the doctor at ER will take care of you till Dr Gemis is back Thursday - by 930 Wednesday morning the light bulb on right popped at least 8 ounces of liquid came out the bulb on the right drained less  , I am so used to the schedule on these fistulas I can tell when they will swell larger than normal , my body swells it tricks my thyroid my body swells  throws off a lot of things this was my worst episode ever - I have another growing by  this Monday it to will be a light bulb also ,the armpit fistulas as well  so as Vidal is asking questions -I am trying to answer not finishing answer he is onto another question.

 I grew very frustrated with this guy he just thought he knows it all and again in know way did he listen to me.  well Vidal I am wearing the suit not you ,he then says I'll be right back.  almost an hour goes by in walks Vidal. I start to finish his last question witch was what  other ailments do you have, I said Vidal I have blood & bone cancer - he started shacking his head like a child & said you have to tell me these thing. I responded with I was going to and I have a lot more to tell you but yo do not let me finish your questions then you walk out so how do you know what I am dealing with acting like this ,I put on a Johnny he looked at my area - said ok needs cut & drain -another Ill be back . 
Vidal comes back I explained to him Vidal I need relief here I am in excruciating pain. here it is Saturday I cannot see DR Gemis till Thursday. I haven't even slept in 3 days just like little cat naps -this need to be cut a reservoir  near spleen the size of an orange fills up when it gets like this -IF THIS BAG/RESEVOIR POPS INSIDE ME I AM DEAD  you realize this right  ? a few sinuses need to be cut so it will drain he says ok I'll be back.
  with 2 anti-biotic  & pain prescription.
  I again said Vidal I been dealing with this for 15 years  the sinuses that are still large need to be cut and I need the relief and again so this new lightbulb growing can drain or I am in trouble he says ok walks out , I stopped him said listen what am I to do  Vidal I cant drive good like this I live in Hampstead. I knew by this time this guy has no idea as to what he is talking about or this disease , a nurse come in with a prescription set after I dressed  one was for motrin  2 others for antibiotic. I asked the nurse what motrim is for - she said pain I laughed.  I walked out handed the Motrin script  for pain told him I do not have a hangnail Vidal I have 14 golf balls stretching skin I am in a lot of pain I cannot walk straight as it is. he said he will write me another boom tramadol 50 milligrams my sled dogs take a higher dose for bruised pads on paws after hard runs. I am 280 pounds 6 ft this Dr or soon to be ?   is giving meds for a hangnail I told him just that also said I realize with all the people selling, addiction etc, I am well into my 50s and not into that stuff I need relief. I had also asked for something to help me sleep been 3 days since I have. I walked out I want answers by Tuesday 9/4/2017  from a manager or something as to why I was treated this way. I applaud them for taking me fast. the place is spotless but this was uncalled for to let a man or woman stay in this way and act like you really know what your talking about when you do not - I am in a lot of pain I guarantee if this Vidal guys brother or family member or another hospital staffer would get proper pain relief .
This guy didn't even drain me, I am very nervous of what grows inside also -this guy apparently does not care so I want answers. I will also inform Dr Gemis of this and if no satisfaction  from Holy Family I will do what ever I can to be heard on this ridiculous careless act of incompetence . this is MALPRACTICE .I am also sure Dr Gemis will be happy to hear this after sending me over I am calling tonight to speak to a manager or anyone of high position I want answers ASAP.
