Home Guardian Solutions (HGS) sought to represent us to reduce our mortgage rate.  We "qualified" for a federal grant under the Home Saver program.   HGS suggested, but did not promise, that we would qualify for a new mortgage rate of 3%.  HGS said they would use my being glind and disabled to justify a lower rate to the mortgage company.  Apparently, HGS would handle all the grant qualifying paperwork for us.















HGS wanted $1,995 for their assistance.  HGS said the Home Saver grant would cover the other half of the costs of the mortgage rate lowering transaction.  So they represented that I would receive the grant which would reduce my refinancing cost.  We sent them $1,995 to start their work with our mortgage company.  Randall Walker, Raquel Fox and Stephannie Church promised the process would take 30 to 90 days   Since then they have disconnected their phones and no longer acknowledging e-mails.  We are at such a loss for the funds and in our trust in people ... if any lawyer or individual has experience this with HGS please let us know if we can go after them somehow
