This co tells you they need to review your file to even commit to doing anything. Ater a review you are approved. Please send us $599.00 for processing. They then so nothing for you. I called my lender after 4 months of hearing nothing. They never responded to my emails EVER. The lender says they have never been in touch yet.

Their fee might be low compared to the rest of the market but trust me it is pure RIP OFF. Say good buy to $599.00. That's the way they get you. Low fee. Jim Palmer you are a con!
