Probably the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. The owner Michael will start out nice and then go absolutley berzerk if you dislike a piece of the work or show concern for the quality of the job. It is the only company that makes you pay as they go because they have a problem with customers not paying when the job is done which should have been our first clue. Their painting is messy, they forget to do additional coats, hit baseboards and ceilings and just all around shotty worksmanship. Some of the worst work I have ever seen. They also have the worst customer service. The owner yells at you and if you ask him to touch things up he goes crazy.
The best I can do it warn others and say NEVER ever use Home Reno 911 in London Ontario and do not be fooled, they also go by M & F Renovations.
