My Name is Eloisa, back on Dicember 2009 I refer couple of my friends to Home Rescue Rescue Program to help them save their home, Not knowing that they will be screw by this people with out any conscius,

I help them them to send all documents and info that this company have requested in order to help them. after we sent them a cashier check for $3,300 and all the paper work they were not responding any more to any of my emails or calls. after a little while Mr.  I finatelly got in touch with David Goldman and he ask me to sent all the documents to his email to make sure he send them to the correct deparment.He confirm received documents and they assigned Patricia Garcia as their negociator. 

 I was keeping close eyes to this files and I notice that they were not doign anything at all, so I start complaning about that,But They told me that it was no reason  to worried becuase they were working on this files. 

 I didn't t know what was wrong but i got the felling that something was not righ. so I start calling and sending emails to  Mr. Brian Suder, David Goldman and Patricia Garcia,That's when they told me that they have closed the company and that all the old files were sent to another company named VOICE but they keep this two files at home with them and that they will work on this files this is when they assigned Patricia as thier negociator. However Patricia was not doing  anything on this files,so I start calling and sending emails to  Mr. Brian Suder, David Goldman and Patricia Garcia, letting them know about my concerns and request for them to to that work that they have been paid for or sent that money back. Mr. Brian respond telling me that they whent to bankruptcy and wissing us a good luck geeting the money back. I continuew calling and emailling but litte after all the phone #'s we have are not on service.

Please help me to help this people get their money back they are not rich they are loosing thier home and this people and taking thier money with out any scrupulous.

 Mr. Brian & Patricia... you know that I'm talking about Sergio & Javier files do the righ thing and get this people their money back... This poor people may not know their rights but I will help them.
