 This company set up two accounts under my 84 year old Mothers name with one address ending in Drive and the other in Dr. then pulling duplicate funds directly from her Bank Account which constitutes Fraud in the state of Oklahoma.

When attempting to cancel and provide proof of existing coverage, This idiot at Home Serve wont accept the State Farm policy information because it doesnt spell out that the water pipes are covered!!! I tried to explain that it comes under Water Damage and that I personally had pipes leak in my own home and State Farm covered everything. The idiot wouldnot accept it , he states it has to clearly state that the water from the water
pipes is covered.

State Farm's Comment:I see he doesnt have any clue about Oklahoma Homeowners
Coverages, let me see what I can provide from underwriting.  Ask him if a policy jacket spelling out coverages will work?
